A family tree created by us could be given as a unique gift to one of your relatives for a special occasion i.e birthday, anniversary, wedding or christening. This also means that you could share the cost with other family members.

We also offer a fully customised genealogy research service, therefore if there isn't a package to fit your needs please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation for the research you would like undertaken.

 

If you purchase a package which includes 15 hours of family history research we would expect to be able to produce a family tree that includes three to four generations (i.e. great grandparents/great great grandparents). However this will vary depending on how much information you can provide, how common the surnames involved are and whether or not your ancestors were good citizens and completed censuses and registered births etc.

As part of our service we also guarantee that if after three hours of research we are unable to make satisfactory progress; we will contact you to discuss the situation, you will at that point in time be entitled to a refund of the fee paid less our minimum fee of £50.
